These are my Early morning blissful SUMMER treat!, so good that I could eat a dozen!...a zesty flavorful and fruity biscotti, light and crisp and so refreshing in the hot Indian summer, perfect with some Lemon Iced Tea.
The basic recipe is same as I had posted before but sans the addition of nuts, I think I really like these since you can feel the texture all through, whatever that means :)

- Sugar-1/2 cup
- Butter(salted)-60 gms
- All purpose flour-1 and 1/4 cup
- Baking powder-3/4 tsp
- Orange flower water/Orange flavor- a few dropS
- Grated orange zest -1 orange
- 1 egg
- Pure vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
The biscotti looks perfect !
