In our family, food occupies the most important position, and to date our life revolves around it,as long as i remember my grandmother was always in the kitchen, cooking and so was my mom, this is one of her recipes which everyone loved because it is so light, refreshing and tickles your tastebuds-perfect summer snack food!

Fresh curd/yogurt- 1 cup
onion- 1 small(finely chopped)
fresh ginger-1/2 inch piece(finely chopped)
coriander leaves- handful( " )
grated cheese-1 tbsp
fresh pineapple- 1 tbsp.,chopped
green chilli- 1 (deseeded and chopped)
mustard- acc. to taste
salt and pepper- "
packet of your favourite chips/wafers

Hang the fresh curd in a clean muslin cloth for 2 hours or till all the water drains out.Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and season. If it seems too thick just add a little milk to get it to a scoopable consistency.Your dip is ready in a jiffy! serve with chips .Leftover dip can be used as a great, healthy sandwich filler.
